EVENT REGISTRATION TERMS & CONDITIONS

Event Registration Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance of TermsBy registering for any event hosted by Warren Jobbitt Snowsports Academy (“WJSA”), including but not limited to the Ultimate Ski Congress, private sessions, weekend clinics, and training holidays (“Events”), you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. These terms apply to all registrations made through the WJSA and the Ultimate Ski Congress website.

2. Pre-Sale Refund Policy

Payments made during the pre-sale period are eligible for a full refund until September 1 of the year preceding the Event.

Refund requests must be submitted in writing to WJSA by email before this date. Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of the request.

3. Transfer Policy

After September 1, all registrations become non-refundable but fully transferable to another event organized by WJSA.

Transfers must be requested at least 30 days prior to the start date of the originally registered Event.

Transfers are subject to availability and may not be guaranteed if the desired Event is fully booked.

The registrant is responsible for any difference in price between the original Event and the transferred Event, if applicable. No refunds will be issued for transfers to an Event of lesser value.

4. Liability Waiver
All participants must sign a liability waiver prior to finalizing their registration. Participation will not be allowed without a completed and signed waiver.

5. Event Modifications and Cancellations
WJSA reserves the right to modify or cancel the Event schedule, location, or coaches due to unforeseen circumstances. In the event of cancellation, WJSA will offer a full refund or the opportunity to transfer registration to a future event.

6. Participant Responsibilities

Participants are responsible for their own travel arrangements, accommodations, and insurance. WJSA is not liable for any personal expenses incurred due to changes or cancellations in the Event schedule.

Participants must adhere to all safety guidelines and instructions provided by the Event organizers and coaches.

7. Code of Conduct

WJSA promotes an inclusive and respectful environment. Participants must behave in a manner that upholds the integrity and spirit of the Event. Harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior will result in immediate removal from the Event without refund.

8. Intellectual Property

Any materials, photos, or videos shared during the Event are the intellectual property of WJSA and may not be reproduced or distributed without prior written consent

9. Force Majeure

WJSA is not liable for failure to perform any obligation under these terms due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, or government restrictions.

10. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta, Canada. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Alberta

11. Chilean Training Holiday Refund and Cancellation Policy

Please note that both your deposit and your final payment are non-refundable. If you are unable to travel with us, your trip is fully transferable to another person for the exact same trip in 2025.

If you or WJSA find someone to take your place, you will receive a refund less a $125.00 CAD administration fee.

If, for any reason, anyone leaves the trip before its completion, there will be no reimbursement of fees.

In the case of the participant’s need for a rescue, the participant is responsible for any expenses incurred.

There are no refunds in case of “No Ski Days” due to inclement weather, closed access routes or ski lifts, or any other natural cause, or if the participant decides not to continue skiing for any other reason.

WJSA and Paramount Adventures recommend that all clients purchase cancellation/trip interruption insurance at the time of payment.
