Demelza is a self-professed outdoor junkie with a writing habit who has been disguising her chronic wanderlust as a career in the outdoor & adventure tourism industry for over 20 years.
She has worked on mountains and in oceans across the world as a Heli-Ski & Backcountry Guide, Ski Instructor & Examiner/Trainer, Surf Guide, Ski School Director, Race Coach and Surf Charter Operations Manager. In 2011 Demelza represented Australia on the National Demonstration Team at the Interski Congress in St Anton in Austria, after which she decided it was time to thaw out and started chasing waves.
Demelza is a recreational athlete and freelance writer with a BAppsSci in Human Movement who can usually be found oscillating between bikinis and woollen thermals in pursuit of the next storm.
How do you connect with your market? I've guided, hiked, skied, surfed, managed, sat on a chairlift, paddled out and worked with them. We've hung out in beautiful remote locations and I've listened to them speak. Chances are, I know your audience... really well.
I have specialist experience in snow, heli-ski, backcountry, surf and all things outdoors guiding plus a slew of management roles across multiple landscapes. I've travelled extensively and lived permanently in Canada, the U.S., Central America, Japan, Spain, Maldives, Indonesia and Australia.

I am an ambitious sporty man, born and raised in the valley of Engelberg, Switzerland.
Skiing is my big passion. Since I was two years old I have always been outdoors and moving, if possible in the white snow. After a few years of ski racing (FIS Level) I started the education to become a ski instructor. In 2011 I became an examiner for the Swiss Snowsports Association.
Since 2013 I am a member of the Swiss Snow Demoteam, representing Switzerland all around the World in different Congresses and Meetings and developing the Snowsport Industry.
Back home I am the former Technical Director of the Swiss Ski School and I currently specialized myself in advance ski coaching.
In the summer months I do a lot of mountain-biking. Through my social media activities, videography has become another passion of mine

As an ISIA Card holder and examiner with certifications from IASI, NRLI, Snowsports Academy(Austria) and USSA, Tomass brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to every coaching session.
Currently the Head Coach at Two Blades Ski Club, Tomass mentors aspiring skiers and competitive athletes, helping them unlock their potential and achieve their goals on the slopes. Rasmus is the Interski Head Coach for Denmark. In 2023, Denmark really rose to the occasion and skied very strongly. Rasmus is the Interski Head Coach for Denmark.
He has been skiing all over the world: from the southernmost spot in the world to north of the polar circle: apart from working as a Heli guide for powder skiing in Greenland, where You're skiing places no one ever skied before - and you ski all the way down to the Atlantic Ocean.
He is the author of the ski instructor manual for the Danish Education and several (old) instructor videos: with up to 1,7 million views.

Pierre has been involved in ski coaching since 1988. I am former Technical Director at CSCF (Canadian Ski Coaches Federation) and former Human Performance Specialist at Cirque du Soleil. Currently, I am Senior Manager of Coaching Education and Development at Alpine Canada Alpin.
Leading the Alpine Skiing Coaching Education system in Canada and coaching ski racing full time at all levels has been part of Pierre’s life for more than 30 years. Aligned with his coaching passion, mobile app design and video editing production has been complimenting his skill set since his formative years. Lately, he has been coaching at Cirque du Soleil shows Volta, La Nouba, Helene Fischer Arena Tour, Hommage aux Colocs and presentely with the Cirque du Soleil at Sea on the Mediterranean.
Pierre met Chris Hillier of Sidecut over 20 years ago through the CSCF facilitators and started to use the product exclusively. Approximately 10 years ago they started to collaborate on educational videos about tuning. That was the starting point that lead Pierre into working with Sidecut. Pierre loves the Sidecut vison, philosophy and obviously the brand which brings our users a 360 degree approach; from quality tools, support and education on how to tune so snowsport enthusiasts can enjoy their sport with even more fun and passion.

John Gillies
John is 42 year full time ski professional. He worked for many years as trainer and leader for the CSIA in the development of skiing and teaching methodologies and coaching Interski teams from 2003-2019. John has since moved into the world of performance coaching, currently leading a group of young racers at Club de Compétition Belle neige (S1 racing) and helping in the development of the coaching staff. His specialty is the systematic development of skiers that prioritizes fundamentals in the high performance environment. His approach is based on tasks that impose specific outcomes which are measurable for skier and coach. This, plus a healthy dose of ski philosophy, will give you lots to think about!
